Couple looking for a decent stay

The room was decent clean and equipped with what we needed. breakfast had enough options, liked the local fruits!

Wasn't cheap but for the price it’s still acceptable.

The courtyard meal experience was a highlight. dining there with a crackling fire and enjoying delicious Thai cuisine really set a nice tone for the evenings. The hotel's close proximity to notable attractions like Wat Chedi Luang made it easy to explore the vital parts of the area within minutes.

Several issues popped up during my stay. The sliding doors in the rooms were problematic as they didn't close properly, leading to leaking bathrooms—definitely not ideal for keeping the floor dry. Plus, the musty smell upon entering the room didn't quite leave until the air conditioner kicked in. To make matters worse, one of the rooms backed onto an open drain, which led to a persistent sewer smell that was hard to ignore. And if you're expecting to use contactless payments, be ready for a detour to the ATM, since mine was rejected even with Visa signs plastered everywhere. Not the smoothest experience overall.

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Panna Heritage Boutique Hotel. The room we booked was misrepresented, squeezing three of us into a tiny space with a double bed. the reception staff were unhelpful when our contactless payment failed, and they made us feel uncomfortable by discussing our situation in front of other guests.

Absolutely loved my stay! The cozy balcony was perfect for enjoying coffee ☕, and the friendly staff made every moment memorable. A hidden gem in the heart of the city! 😍

The central location made exploring Chiang Mai easy, with nearby night markets and temples just a short walk away. My Superior Double Room was spacious, with good air conditioning that kept it cool, perfect for the hottest parts of the day. I appreciated the daily room cleaning and the complimentary drinks provided. I faced an inconvenience with the hot water in the bathroom sink, which was a bit frustrating. The sliding door in the room didn’t close properly, causing some discomfort as I noticed a draft. I also encountered a slight musty smell upon entering, which took a moment to clear. While the hotel had its perks, those maintenance issues impacted my overall stay.

We had a great time exploring the area. The hotel is central to various attractions, and we visited some local temples and the popular night market. The staff were friendly and helped us arrange excursions easily. The ambiance around the courtyard was relaxing, making it a perfect spot to unwind after our adventures.

But overall, it got sorted out, and we managed to settle in.

I stayed in a Superior Twin Room and honestly, it was quite comfy. The mattress and pillows felt really nice. The room overall was basic but clean enough for a short visit. The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town, just a short walk to the best attractions. The TV was a bit snowy, which was annoying, and there was a slight stale air in the bathroom. But for the price, it was decent for a couple of nights.

The location of the panna was great, right near plenty of restaurants and the night markets. as a couple visiting the city, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its cozy atmosphere. the mattress and pillows were also comfortable.

It was just a great fit for a mini-break over the weekend in Chiang Mai with attractive and competitive value for money. The staff were really helpful when we needed extra towels for our baby. Try to go for a room on the upper floors for better daylight.
